Us
Builder Software Solutions, LLC has been providing software to Homebuilders
since 1996.
Our clientele includes public companies such as Centex Homes and
Pardee Homes as well as many other members of the Builder 100.
The
principals of Builder Software Solutions have nearly 40 years of homebuilding
experience, including 25 years of CFO responsibility and 10 years of
Information Technology experience.
Many Builder Software Solutions’ systems were originally developed while the
principals were responsible for Finance and Information Technology for a
builder delivery nearly 2,000 units per year.
Roger
Loomis began his real estate career while serving clients with a Big
Eight CPA firm in the early 1970’s, and has served in financial
management capacities for various public and private builders since that
time.
Dan
Neuman began his real estate career in the late 1980’s working in the
finance department of a large regional builder.
Ultimately he became the Director of Information Technology for
the same builder.
Builder Software Solutions
was created at the suggestion of lenders and investment bankers
who recognized the clearly superior management information that our
systems deliver.
The
clientele of Builder Software Solutions is testament to the firm’s ability to deliver
sophisticated systems to some the best and brightest homebuilding
professionals in the industry.
Yet the simplicity of the systems, and the ease of implementation
and training are the distinguishing characteristics of our programs.
